🌿 MACRO TEAM DAY 2024 🌿 Last week, The Macro Group held our second Team Day of 2024 on the Gold Coast ☀️🌊🏝️ The theme of the day was: Strategic Alignment: Making Actions Count towards Rewarding Outcomes 🌱 We spent the day workshopping what ‘Strategy’ really means - breaking down a seemingly complex topic and turning our ideas into actions. For the last 10 years, Team Days have been a core element of our people strategy. The days are filled with varied activities and insightful discussions, which are essential to our team’s growth and development. This time we also had the opportunity to host Caitlin Cady, who ran an incredible guided meditation session that kept us energised for the day - thank you Caitlin!
