𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐲 𝐓𝐫𝐮𝐦𝐩𝐬 𝐄𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲 𝗪𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝗪𝐨𝐫𝐤 What happens when people get fatigued more frequently from their work demands, after they've tried the short term energy fixes (booze, weed, caffeine, etc) and those didn't work long term? Well, they start to emphasize efficiency more. In other words, they settle into that state of low energy and try to figure out very smart ways to get tasks or work done despite the low energy. Bottom line, they work around the elephant in the room. The sad truth is that most of the time, the results are still not very good. So it's not worth it. The worthwhile endeavor is to get the elephant OUT of the room. And by elephant, I'm talking about the high stressors that put a constant downward pressure on one's energy levels. It's different with each individual. Here's the thing all of us know but most of us forget: 𝘏𝘰𝘸 𝘸𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘪𝘴 (often) 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘴 𝘸𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘸𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨. We can have all the brains and expertise we want. But without high energy, even someone else less experienced than us, but with a lot more energy, can dance circles around us. And even if they don't, chances are we will eventually tap out. Here's where I come in. My genius is in getting people to work with high energy again, and work at such a level sustainably without the burnout. If this is something you're interested in, let's talk. - Larry

𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐛𝐞𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐠𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐬... You have the foundation that allows you to wake up energetic, focused, and motivated to tackle the day. The things is habits like meditation are great. But did you realize that the people who brought it to the West were already living a relatively stress-free lifestyle, or a lifestyle that didn't have the same kinds of stressors you typically deal with in your role today? I'm not knocking it. What I'm saying is that if chronic stress is your hurdle, which is followed by things like fatigue, lack of focus, depression, and emotional anxiety amongst others, the solution to your root problem isn't adopting certain habits. Sure, they may alleviate symptoms in the short-term. But you likely won't stick with them. And even if you do, the elephant in the room is still there. What I've discovered from my burnout experience, and in others' is a deeper and unique, but simple issue. And this issue is often overlooked. If you feel you're working in a toxic environment, or feel there needs to be a change in management for things to get better for you, this is not for you. I can't promise those things will change if I help you. What I can assure you is that you'll be able to overcome the stressors and demands in the performance of your actual role, and work (and play) like a champion. Imagine having the energy for extra-curricular activities after work or the volunteer/networking opportunities you've been putting off, feeling stronger in your work role, looking forward to social interactions, and even having the energy for some playful banter when you get back home. The foundation that I adopted and polished, helped me overcome burnout and get rid of it for good. If you're looking to get your mojo back, let's talk. :-)

𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐞𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐞...𝐭𝐫𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐝 👇 Reinvent your role. This is post is not for professionals who feel their environment is too toxic or rigid for them to make a change, or are ready to quit. I'm talking to people with a level of freedom within their roles, who have license to experiment and make changes to their position within reasonable limit. My V3 Doctrine (Vision, Values, Vitality) is designed around ONE thing: Love who you are in whatever you do. You'll find that with the foundation I give you, no matter how demanding your role, you can rise above the stress and uncertainty and deliver the results...energetically and sustainably. I'm NOT saying don't seek the perfect role. I'm saying bet on yourself. Seeking the perfect role is out more control that reinventing your role. It indicates strength, personal power, creativity, and fulfillment. All which are the OPPOSITE of burnout. So if you're ready to ditch the copious amounts of caffeine (not that I don't like coffee), the groggy mornings, the foggy focus, and wake up energized and ready to tackle the day and get closer to your goals, I'm your man!

"𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐐𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠" 𝐢𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐦 I know the term's been out for a while now, and I deepIy dislike it. Here's why: ✅ 𝐃𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐯𝐬. 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐝: In a world where burnout is rampant, focusing solely on your assigned tasks can be a form of self-preservation and healthy. Chances are you probably already have enough on your plate. There's an essential difference between someone not wanting to do their job (lazy), and someone not going above and beyond because they are mentally tapped out. Context is EVERYTHING for effective leadership/management. ❗ 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Here's something ironic: it’s not just underperformers who face the axe. Excellent performers can also find themselves on the chopping block. The workplace is changing, and sometimes, even the best don’t fit into a culture or direction that no longer values their contributions. When I see all these posts about workplace toxicity and the need for better leadership... But then hear people decry the logical response to toxic workplaces, it's confusing and aggravating. Especially since it's been this way for thousands of years, since jobs were a thing. Giving it a new label does not make it new. ✋ 𝐂𝐄𝐎'𝐬 & 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐫 𝐞𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 "𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐞𝐭 𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠" 𝐭𝐨𝐨: They simply are. Don't be mistaken. It's affecting nearly everyone. 🤷♂️ "Quiet quitting" is not ideal, but it's indicative. The current conversation on it isn't productive. And I have a feeling people are POSING when they thumb their noses against it. I heard an individual brag about serving in THREE roles for his company in the IT world in his bid to discredit "quiet quitters." For him, it was a flex. But how can he not see that he's being taken serious advantage of? 🥴🤡 The data indicates that most of us are "quiet quitting" anyway. Sheesh! Happy Monday. 💬 Your Thoughts? Do you disagree? How do you see "quiet quitting"? Is it a signal of disengagement, or a call for better workplace practices? Let’s discuss! #QuietQuitting #WorkplaceCulture #EmployeeEngagement #Leadership #WorkLifeBalance

𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐝, 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏 𝐝𝐨𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐈𝐌𝐌𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐀𝐓𝐄𝐋𝐘! Stop overworking to compensate for your perceived shortcomings. You didn't get into this state of exhaustion because you did little. And doing even more won't get you out of it. The answer to solving fatigue and maximizing your energy isn't in the art of doing. it's in the art of being. My secret to living with high energy and focus is this: love whoever you are, in whatever you do! My simple and stress-tested approach helped me out of fatigue years ago when it was hard for me to see a light at the end of the tunnel. And I'm confident it can work for you as well.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮'𝐫𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐲 🦥 It is simply a coping mechanism. There's levels to this 🙂 We all have our legitimate reasons for why we go through it. But if you're a corporate professional and you find yourself procrastinating, while suffering from fatigue, this especially applies to you. Though your reason is understandable, it doesn't have to be your accepted reality. Because it's still procrastinating, and long term it doesn't help you. No one should wake up already dreading the day ahead of them, and putting things off until the last minute. Hey, I'm Larry, and I built the Lifestyle Mastery Project to help corporate pros solve their fatigue, and double their energy. Because too many professionals are what I call high-functioning quitters. They are still going along well, but they've thrown in the towel when it comes to living a life of vitality. They live a life that's good enough to get by, and from the outside looking in, is quite appealing. But that's no bueno!! My wish is for you to wake up feeling refreshed, energized, and ready to tackle the day...forever! 💪

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 It's no surprise that when you're emotionally and mentally exhausted from the pressures of work, it's difficult to concentrate. - You take much longer to do basic tasks - You have a very short attention span - You have little enjoyment for most activities Caffeine, exercise, and energy supplements may help, but only for a short time. And that's the problem. You'd rather: - Knock out tasks like you were eating crackers - Be able to have revitalizing conversations again - Be truly present in meetings, events, huddles, etc. I'm Larry, and I founded the LMP to help professionals overcome fatigue and double their energy using a simple and powerful model. The same model that helped me, and does so to this day! Fatigue and difficulty concentrating doesn't have to be your new normal. So don't accept it. 🙅♂️

🙅♂️ 𝐃𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥 𝐠𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞 🙅♂️ Whether it's not being able to enjoy things you used to be able to, struggling with your focus, or needing more help from others... These things remind you that you're human. But that nagging and lying voice inside your head that's telling you "you're not adequate" is hard to get rid of. You've tried: - Waking up very early to be more productive - Sleeping more - Solving it by working more hours And these haven't worked. These habits are highly beneficial, but they don't solve the elephant 🐘 in the room: low energy, and all that comes with that for you. But you don't have to walk it alone. I understand the loneliness that comes with, and it's painful. But with the Lifestyle Mastery Project, you can feel like yourself again.

𝐁𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐤 𝐨𝐮𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐠𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐂𝐇𝐀𝐌𝐏 💪 Waking up feeling refreshed and motivated to tackle three day shouldn't be something in your imagination or in the distant past. When we are running on fumes, when we are mentally and emotionally tapped out, we try to recapture some of that old magic in flashes, or yearn to reclaim the once Golden Age of our personal performance. Feeling like our best days are behind us, we work backwards even as we are moving forward in life. But I don't think that's the way. We are used to the idea of picking up the pieces. But I say don't pick up the pieces. Build something better. Recovering from fatigue shouldn't feel like a factory reset. It should feel like a breakout into a more wiser, effective and efficient version of yourself. Happier, more energetic, and more focused. That's what the Lifestyle Mastery Project can help do for you.
