Late to the Party but Showed Up Nevertheless… Three months ago, I made a decision: to step out from behind the brands I’ve built and share me—my story, my journey, and my passions—as a founder. 🔥🔥 Having built a thriving community of over 100k across my business brands, I realized it was time to build my founder’s brand and foster a community that reflects not just what I do, but who I am.👸👸 So, I started sharing my entrepreneurial journey, career lessons, opportunities, tips, and everything in between. And the response? Absolutely amazing.💯💯 Today, I am thrilled to celebrate 4,000 incredible LinkedIn followers—a growing community of changemakers, dreamers, and doers. THANK YOU for being part of this journey, for your support, your comments, your shares, and for connecting with my story.💪🏾💪🏾 To anyone out there who feels like they’re late to the party—whether it’s starting a new career, launching a project, or building your personal brand or business—I want you to know: it’s never too late. The room might feel full, others might seem light-years ahead, but there’s always space for you when you show up authentically.💯💪🏾 For those who are new here, let me reintroduce myself: I’m Rukayat, a passionate entrepreneur, mentor, Career coach and Business coach. Over the years, I’ve launched initiatives like RKY Careers, Apply Buddy Ltd , The Immigrant Founders' Network, UK and the Limitless Without Borders annual tech event—all designed to empower immigrants, promote diversity in tech, and support career transformations. I’m deeply committed to creating opportunities for underrepresented communities to thrive. Whether it’s helping professionals reskill for future careers, mentoring founders, or building communities that uplift others, I am all about impact and possibility. To my growing community: Thank you for showing up for me. Now, go show up for yourself! Let’s keep building, thriving, and making a difference together.🫶🫶

Last week was all about employee engagement and feedback sessions at RKY Careers & Apply Buddy Ltd . We held a Facilitators retreat with 12+ Trainers, another with 30+ Project Support Officers, and 1:1 appraisal sessions with 25+ operational team members. These moments foster trust, connection, and shared growth🙌🏽🙌🏽. These sessions I value for their focus on growth, process optimisation, alignment, and mutual empowerment💯💯 This culture of open communication and continuous feedback has been at the core since we were just a team of 2. Now, as a team of over 60+ across borders, this commitment has only grown stronger. Quarterly, we reflect on what’s working, areas for improvement, and how we can better support one another. This approach has strengthened our team dynamics and delivered real results: clear goals, better collaboration, and a shared sense of purpose.👌👌 To my amazing team RKY Careers Apply Buddy Ltd and The Immigrant Founders' Network, UK thank you for embracing this culture of growth. Feedback is a gift, and together, we’re learning and evolving.💪🏾💪🏾 Building businesses with strong culture takes intentionality, care, and consistency. When you prioritize your people, success follows naturally. Here’s to leading with purpose and building with heart!❤️
