Introducing Guardian House, a historic rehabilitation led by Landmark Partners and built by Bozzuto Construction Company in collaboration with SM+P Architects, ONYX Design and Consulting, LLC, Century Engineering, The Baltimore City Development Corporation and the Department of Housing & Community Development. Featuring original design elements including cornices, stucco and masonry, the project transitioned unused office and commercial space into affordable apartment homes for Baltimore City residents, particularly first responders.

This mixed-use project developed, constructed and managed by Bozzuto seamlessly integrates residential and retail spaces, serving as the vibrant core of the community.
