“Working on Team4Tech's strategic pro bono program was an incredibly rewarding experience. Through this project, I gained valuable insights into the vital role that Africa ICT Right plays in narrowing social and educational disparities by implementing various social, technical and economic initiatives. Collaborating with team members from various countries around the world was also a highlight. This experience has been a tremendous learning opportunity, and I am grateful to Team4Tech for giving me the chance to contribute to making a positive impact.” — Amit Thukral, Barracuda Networks Product Manager and Team4Tech Volunteer In a recent skills-based volunteering project, Team4Tech facilitated collaborative efforts between nine volunteers from Barracuda and staff from our nonprofit partner, Africa ICT Right (AIR). AIR is a Ghana-based organization equipping STEM teachers with relevant skills to integrate ICT into their teaching and learning. Over eight weeks of virtual collaboration, the volunteer team contributed 450 hours of their time to support the staff at Africa ICT Right with STEM integration.
