Teal Diva is rolling out a new program for patients finishing chemotherapy and yesterday we introduced it to the cancer center at Trident Medical Center in Charleston, SC. We had a great meeting with healthcare leaders explaining not only our newest addition but each patient assistance program we offer in depth. On Tuesday, July 23rd Teal Diva is partnering with the Charleston RiverDogs hosting gynecologic cancer survivors and their families/friends along with healthcare workers. It’s on a Tuesday so you know what that means…Teal Tuesday! We are also promoting our Stronger Togerher 5k happening Sept 21 at Johns Island County Park. For both events we have collaborated with two amazing nonprofits doing great work in the SC communities: Nothing Pink and the SC Ovarian Cancer Foundation. We are looking for sponsors for this event. Our Teal Diva 5k is an excellent opportunity for brand awareness and volunteering as a group while promoting health and wellness. Our 5k is cause based meaning most of the participants are there for the cause not necessarily for the fastest time…although sometimes the two collide.
