#Israel has conducted one of the most extensive military operations in its history, targeting #Syrian military assets following the collapse of the Assad regime. The Israel Defense Forces destroyed over 80% of Syria’s strategic military capabilities, including advanced air defense systems, missile stockpiles, and naval vessels, to prevent their transfer to hostile factions or Iranian proxies. This campaign has fundamentally altered Syria’s ability to pose a significant military threat to Israel in the near term. It is with a mix of pride and sadness that we announce the departure of our Chief Operating Officer, Barak Shabtai, after eleven remarkable years of service with TAM-C. During his tenure, Barak held key roles, including Director of the Middle East and Global Jihad Desk, and ultimately, COO. His leadership was instrumental in driving our global expansion across the US, Israel, and beyond. A seasoned military veteran, Barak's experience and strategic insight have helped us navigate significant challenges, including the current conflict in the region. We are deeply grateful for his contributions and steadfast leadership. Barak will soon be rejoining the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), where he previously had a distinguished career before joining TAM-C. While we will miss him, we are confident the IDF has gained an exceptional leader. We extend our heartfelt thanks to Barak and wish him the very best in this next chapter.

Following the tragic assassination of UnitedHealthCare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City on December 4th, which has shaken the corporate security landscape, TAM-C has decided to provide our Strategic Assessments of the incident and the ongoing investigation to our colleagues and partners worldwide. Our Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) reported the event in real time, before it was officially confirmed as a targeted assassination. In response, we’ve set up a dedicated Crisis Desk to track developments and offer support throughout the investigation.
