At Talentfoot, we’re reimagining the model of executive search and what it can achieve for the public good. Talentfoot was founded in 2010 to change lives for the better. Because we know personal fulfillment matters, we knew it was possible through making empathy the input and executive search the output. We rejected the one-size-fits-all approach to executive search in favor of making a true difference in people’s lives and making the world a better place. This is expressed through our name, which was created with the belief that if people are not fulfilled in their jobs, then it’s time to make a move by stepping into a new direction. We specialize in matching elite digital marketing, sales and technology talent with growth digital businesses, from Series B funded startups and private equity and venture capital firms to Fortune 50 brands, advertising and marketing agencies, and SaaS providers. As experts in C-Suite recruitment, executive headhunting, staffing, and business advisory services, we are on the front lines of advising digital businesses on human capital strategies that matches them with the digital talent to drive their business forward. Representing Talentfoot’s next great leap forward, we launched Indigo in 2022, an exclusive, invite-only C-suite membership network and the first of its kind to leverage matchmaking, executive search and advisory services in one platform by matching C-suite members with the country’s most coveted jobs, advisory and networking opportunities, and employers with an exclusive network of leaders meticulously vetted for their ability to drive top-line growth.
