Market projections keep proving that data center investment is only ramping up...BUT: Aligning with developers that know how to navigate a landscape of constrained capacity is what really makes a difference between investments that pay off and investments that peter out. Developers have to be in the business of actually delivering what they say they will no matter what the market does — and in our experience, that becomes a lot easier when you're proactively and creatively furnishing your pipeline of power to be ready for these exact conditions (or even worse, but let's not jinx it). https://lnkd.in/e_GHUHaa

Thank you, Adam Knobloch and Bisnow, for organizing last week's packed DICE event in Santa Clara! Stream's SVP of Design and Construction Tejo Pydipati joined an engaging discussion on balancing speed to market with cost efficiency in today's rapidly changing data center landscape. From navigating supply chain challenges to adapting designs for sustainability, one thing was clear: collaboration is the real MVP. Strong partnerships across contractors and suppliers are driving innovation and delivering solutions. Thanks to Bisnow and the incredible panelists Allan Bedwell, Daniel Cheney, John DeLacio, Ryan Ferguson, LEED AP, Shane Saltzgiver, and Jake Louk

The Stream Team is headed back to Hawaii for PTC’25. We’re looking forward to the cocktails and sunsets, but we don’t want to enjoy them alone — so, who’s up to chat about availability, capacity, AI, sustainability and the market at large? Give us a shout and meet us there. https://lnkd.in/gb7A7Hrz #PTC25 #Telecommunications #AIReadyDataCenters

This Thanksgiving, we’re grateful for the power to deliver, the cooling to perform, and much more — but most importantly, we’re thankful for the incredible employees and collaborators who make it all happen and the customers who put their trust in us as their partner. Happy Thanksgiving from the Stream Team!

What can we say: We believe that tackling data center power availability and capacity planning is more than just a “current” trend. Granted, the electricity pun might’ve warranted an eye roll… but this piece we did with our partner, Schneider Electric, is still a must-read. Hear from both Vandana Singh and Stream’s own Michael Lahoud on how we’re setting new benchmarks and investing in the power of partnership to deliver AI-ready infrastructure and more. https://lnkd.in/gsrYRs59
