There are no contracts and we offer a FREE TRIAL to new customers. Our mission is to exceed customer expectations for service, reliability, and quality. Our philosophy is to form a partnership with our clients and design a personalized plan that fits the individual need of our diverse client base. At STAT Transcription, we believe in doing business with integrity and providing value to our clients in everything we do. We help a variety of businesses and individuals including: Medical Practitioners - we help them spend quality time with their patients by typing their notes. Businesses - we help transcribe conference calls and group meetings. Educators - Professors, Teachers, Students, Writers, and Speakers. Legal Transcription - Attorneys, Paralegals, Law Enforcement, Executive Assistants, Insurance Companies, Detectives. Our process is customer friendly. After your initial call requesting service, we collect your audio files and determine the time period of completion. Each minute of audio takes approximately 5 minutes to type. After completion, we send your text notes via email. Our founder, Kamal Irani, utilizes her experience in software engineering to design and automate a seamless, detail-oriented and accurate transcription service with quick turnaround times. Our quality control, attention to detail, and affordability set us apart from other companies.
