If you’re building an AI product without deep industry expertise, sooner or later, OpenAI will eat you for lunch. Vertical specialization is becoming the only defensible advantage in AI. There's immense value in not having to bridge the knowledge gap between your product and your customers' workflows. 90% of AI projects will never make it to production.
