The successful completion of the Aspen Park project in Conifer, CO in August 2021! 🏔️ This 65-unit expansion, nestled in the Rocky Mountains, adds much-needed self-storage to a high-demand market. Despite the challenges posed by the steep grade and granite encountered during excavation (safely removed with embedded explosives 💥), SCM delivered a state-of-the-art facility. The project also included an on-site stormwater detention system, a private storm sewer, and a public stormwater connection, ensuring both functionality and environmental stewardship. 🌿 We’re proud to have served as the Design Build partner, collaborating with Jackson Main Architecture to make this expansion a reality.
