At Southwestern Consulting, we elevate the practice and perception of sales. That means that we work to help clients increase their overall revenues and also to enhance and improve the reputation of salespeople and the selling profession. Our goal is to become the most trusted sales performance company worldwide. Which is why we specialize in teaching ethical, customer-centric sales practices that we refer to as Servant Selling. We deliver our services through a variety of mediums. Our core offering and specialty is one-on-one sales coaching, leadership, or executive coaching where our Certified Coaches engage with you for a minimum of 12 months in regular phone conversations accompanied by other online learning and resources. The focus of this program is to deliver immediate results to your personal income. Additionally, we offer sales consulting services where we work with your Senior Executive Team to review and refresh any needed parts of your sales model to drive top-line revenue for your organization or business. We also offer keynote speakers who come and deliver a customized presentation at one of your organization’s upcoming meetings. Southwestern Consulting is a part of the Southwestern Family of Companies, which is a collection of 16 different private operating companies that span across many different industries all with two things in common: direct sales and building people. We have more than 10,000 salespeople worldwide who do more than $200 million combined revenue. Our oldest company and flagship is Southwestern Advantage which was established in 1868 making it the oldest direct sales company in the United States, selling educational children’s reference materials door to door.
