We see AI everywhere — in our personal and professional lives — and it has countless powerful applications, but many organizations don’t know where to start or face compliance barriers. Talk with IT to implement safe AI practices and explore tools like ChatGPT to start applying AI in everyday tasks. (We encourage you to play with these solutions in your personal lives so you can start to see their full potential). 💡 AI will radically change consumer expectations for healthcare. Humans weren’t meant to stare at screens all day. As AI evolves, we expect user experiences to shift toward more conversational interfaces using voice-powered agents. With rapid advancements, those who embrace AI-driven user experiences will stay ahead of the curve. 💡 We have a unique opportunity to drive innovation. Urgent care is the entrepreneurial arm of healthcare and plays a unique role in meeting consumer demands for access and convenience.
