Reacting in real time is insufficient when it comes to optimizing production and pipeline performance. Move ahead of real time through new configurable, scalable digital solutions in a collaborative environment. By making decisions based on data- and physics-driven insights in a context that incorporates domain and OEM expertise, operators are driving performance and maximizing uptime at scale, from a single piece of equipment to a full facility or an entire asset portfolio. And the resulting liberation of previously siloed data is an integrative process across existing infrastructure with no systems migration required. Advancing Geothermal Demonstration & Deployment Through Data Availability The Resource and Exploration Working Group held their first brainstorming session last week in the superb facilities of NREL in Denver, bringing together industry and academic leaders. Nicole Taverna, our Chair, did a stellar job hosting and guiding the discussions. 🔎 We carried out the first phase of our subsurface data availability roadmapping exercise, focusing on: • Identifying data gaps • Proposing enhancements • Discussing how to consolidate subsurface data for improved access 🔥 🔥 🔥 Thank you to all the subject matter experts and institutions that contributed to this productive meeting! The Working Group will continue its analysis virtually, preparing for a second in-person meeting in California in early 2025. The goal is to establish a roadmap of initiatives that will guide the prioritization of future geothermal resource assessments and set the course for data-driven analysis across Geoscience disciplines. By fostering an open culture of information sharing, we're laying the foundation for demonstrations of geothermal technology deployment on existing oil and gas assets nationwide. 📢 Stay connected! Follow us on LinkedIn or visit our website at www.geode.energy to learn more about the program. Have questions or want to collaborate?
