Meet Matthew Brown! With 13 years of industry experience, Matthew began his career at a small regional carrier before joining Skyward Specialty in 2016 as part of the Energy division. He has since transitioned to the Programs division, where he collaborates with MGA partners to monitor market conditions. Additionally, he works closely with the internal team to identify and evaluate new delegated authority opportunities, driving growth in this segment of the company’s portfolio. Meet Kourtni Mason! With nine years of experience in the industry, Kourtni has dedicated her career to the Surety business. Before entering this field, she worked as an insurance defense litigator. As Senior Claims Counsel, Kourtni provides valuable legal assistance to the underwriting team and develops effective strategies for resolving claims. Earlier this year, Kourtni celebrated a special milestone by getting married in New Orleans! Since then, she and her husband have embraced their love for travel, with Africa being one of their favorite destinations.
