Welcome to a brand-new season of Strong Conversations—Building the Brand! This season, we’re spotlighting the entrepreneurs and leaders shaping the building industry, uncovering the grit, determination, and passion behind successful brands. Together, we’ll explore what it takes to grow a bold idea into a thriving business while fostering a culture where employees and innovation can flourish. Episode 1: We Really Don’t Say No We’re kicking off the Building the Brand season with “We Really Don’t Say No,” featuring Jeff Moran, co-founder and manager of RebatePros. When a friend and colleague presented him with the challenge of simplifying manufacturer rebates, Jeff embraced the opportunity and never looked back. That decision sparked the creation of RebatePros, a company driven by a clear mission: “Simplify the rebate process for homebuilders and product manufacturers while ensuring timely and accurate reporting, invoicing, and collection.” Join host Sam Marcoux as Jeff shares how his philosophy of saying “yes” transformed an idea into a thriving brand.

How do Tension Straps Evolve for Mass Timber Structures? Mass timber projects require robust tension straps to handle high loads in horizontal diaphragms. Traditional options often need multiple straps or custom solutions, adding cost and complexity. We address these challenges with our innovative products like the MDCST48 and MTWS Mass Timber Washer Strap. Read the full blog to explore how these solutions work and how they were tested. https://bit.ly/4748Gv3

Earlier this year, 25 Simpson Strong-Tie employees in Texas came together to build pergolas for two disabled veterans through Smiles Charity, using our Outdoor Accents® hardware. As a platinum sponsor, we’re proud to support their mission to give back to veterans and the community. Our team worked hard to complete the builds in one day, and the veterans were grateful for the support. It’s always rewarding to give back, and we’re thankful for the opportunity to make a difference. Read our blog to hear what our employees had to say about this volunteer experience! https://bit.ly/3V91SZR
