During the prototyping stage of a project, I focus my time and resources on building quickly and iterating often. ShapesXR is THE FIRST tool I use to boost this process. In Shapes, I can visually understand my XR concepts and produce no-code interactions to see the chronological progression of the project. In the video below I show off a few hand-based UI iterations to power a hypothetical news app for XR headsets called Bulletin. The "Attach To Hands" feature is a lifesaver when creating this type of UI, since it's extremely easy and versatile to adjust objects at a per-scene level, and straightforward to use when enabling the app's prototyping mode. From #XRCC to #XRHack, we’ve been amazed by the incredible designs emerging from recent hackathons. It's exciting to see how ShapesXR has been used to transform innovative #VR and #MR concepts into reality. A huge shoutout to Peter S. Gschladt, Tobias Stärk, Dr. Zoltan Ferenczi, Dominik Procházka, Herman Fredlund for creating "Fumball", a mixed reality tabletop soccer penalty kick experience, that scored big on creativity and fun and Danilo Parise, Houssem edin Mbarek, Luca Brioschi for building Lumi, an innovative smart planner and calendar app with an integrated assistant.
