  • Taking action. Being self-aware of your shortcomings. Embracing discomfort. These things are not always easy, but they WILL make your life easier! They will make you better, stronger, greater. I remember a few years ago, I had the opportunity to give a Zoom presentation. To be honest, I was nervous and hesitant about stepping into that role. Public speaking wasn’t something I was doing regularly, and the idea of talking to a virtual room full of people made me anxious. But, deep down, I had always wanted to be a speaker. I pushed myself to do it, even though it was out of my comfort zone. And I’m so glad I did! That one virtual presentation paved the way for me to become a keynote speaker—a dream I’ve had for so long. It showed me that sometimes the discomfort is exactly where the magic happens. What are you taking action on today? What’s the ONE step you’re taking? Once you take that first step, the second step is easier. 💪✨ #TakeAction #EmbraceDiscomfort #PublicSpeaking #StepOutOfYourComfortZone #KeynoteDreams

  • We all want to be the best, right? 🤩 The truth is, you’re the only person who can make your social media better. 🙌 But you know I’m not going to leave you in the dark! Every one of us can benefit from a helping hand every now and again. Based on my experience in the industry, here are 3 tips that will make your social media better, if you’re willing to put in the work: 💬 Tip #1 – Study the work of other social media manager. You don't have to be a social media manager to get great ideas from others whose main focus is social media. What do they do that really works?  💬 Tip #2 – Try out different writing and posting styles whether you like them or not. This is a great way to adapt your skills. Don't overthink it or make it too complicated. 💬 Tip #3 – Don't make mistakes. I know that's easier said than done. Run your posts by another set of eyes. You don't want to be that person with a really great post that has an unfortunate spelling or punctuation error in it. Do you think my advice will be helpful?

  • And you have everything you need to accomplish anything you want to! Just remember it's a marathon. So when you look ahead you may not see your finish line yet. And when you look back you may not see your start line. The middle of any journey is where things can get foggy. But you're doing it!! Just keep going the distance and use your time more impactfully. Focus on how you will sustain yourself on your journey and be in it for the long haul. You GOT THIS!!

  • It’s time to relax a little 🙏 We can all experience burnout when we’re pushing hard to achieve something. It can feel like you’re under constant pressure while feeling absolutely exhausted 💤 I’ve found an innovative strategy to avoid burnout 👇 It’s all about managing your stressors, not just your stress ✌ Here’s how to use it: 👏 Step #1 – Consider every time you’ve ever been stressed because of your work. What keeps popping up? 👏 Step #2 – Identify the stressor. For example, maybe your slow laptop makes you stressed about not completing tasks on time. 👏 Step #3 – Think about whether you can make changes to avoid this in the future. Is it time for an upgrade? A process change? Small changes can make a huge difference in your energy and productivity! So, grab a piece of paper and try it out! You deserve to run your business without burning out 🔥💪 #BurnoutPrevention #BusinessBalance #StressManagement #EntrepreneurLife #RemoteAdminTips

  • My guide for getting organized each week! 📅 I know many of you are trying to figure out how to plan your week effectively, especially since I’ve been receiving an influx of questions about it. 📝 I’ve been working with clients to help them streamline their schedules for years, and believe me, I’ve learned A LOT about what works and what doesn’t. And trust me, there are plenty of things that don’t work! 👎 It always feels good to share what DOES work so you have a clear path to follow. 👉 Step 1. Prioritize tasks: Start by listing everything you want to accomplish this week, then organize them by importance and urgency. 👉 Step 2. Time block: Dedicate specific times for each task, including breaks, to stay focused and avoid burnout. 👉 Step 3. Batch similar tasks: Group similar tasks together to maximize efficiency and reduce switching between different types of work. 👉 Step 4. Review daily: At the end of each day, review your progress and make any necessary adjustments for the rest of the week. 👉 Step 5. Leave buffer time: Always leave space in your schedule for unexpected tasks or delays. Flexibility is key! I’ve researched and tried many approaches to productivity, and they all have their perks. The secret is to fine-tune these strategies to fit your unique needs and lifestyle. 🛠️ There’s always a way to make them work! But that’s my 2-cents. 🤷 What works best for you? 💬 #ProductivityTips #OrganizeYourWeek #TimeManagement #BusinessOwners #EfficiencyHacks #RemoteAdmin #WorkSmartNotHard
