Scalac just wrapped up an incredible event as official partner of the 13th Forum Inicjowania Rozwoju - teaming up once again with our friends at FIR Up Foundation! 🎉 This year's event once again brought together inspiring #ideas, meaningful #connections, and expert #discussions. Our Head of HR, Monika Hinc, led an insightful panel discussion on one of the hottest industry topics right now - how different sectors can work together in the new world of #ESG reporting. 🎯 The panel explored the opportunities and challenges posed by ESG and aimed to answer a key question: How can we create shared value in times of change? The attendees together developed practical recommendations that emphasized the importance of: ✅ Sensitivity in our actions and decision-making. ✅ Focusing on what truly matters in ESG initiatives. ✅ Viewing ESG as a transformative step in corporate social responsibility—where partnerships must move beyond buzzwords to deliver tangible impact. ✅ Maintaining awareness of our influence in every aspect of life. ✅ Recognizing that the journey matters as much as the destination.
