Only 5% of U.S. employers currently offer menopause benefits—an increase of just 1% from last year, according to NFP. This incremental progress is concerning, especially as 64% of women in menopause are requesting workplace support (Bank of America).   In Canada, these numbers are even lower, as employers and insurers are only beginning to explore menopause-related benefits. Real solutions go beyond adding more leave benefits or temporary accommodations. The real answer lies in providing employees with access to #menopause evidence-based care that empowers them to stay at work, remain productive, and thrive.   At sanoLiving, we’re dedicated to changing the conversation and delivering real solutions to improve the lives of women navigating menopause. We believe access to menopause evidence-based care is the key to bridging this gap and ensuring employees and organizations succeed together. It’s time to take action. How is your organization addressing this need? • Midlife Nutrition Made Simple: Our new partnership with Gyata Nutrition   sanoLiving is thrilled to announce our new partnership with Gyata Nutrition, led by Dr. Kwadwo Kyeremanteng, who shares our dedication to advancing women's health. This collaboration is driven by a mutual vision to empower women with high-quality, evidence-based solutions and exceptional products at affordable pricing, ensuring essential supplements are accessible to more women.   Gyata Nutrition’s products, including protein, magnesium, omega-3 and collagen supplements, are thoughtfully formulated to address key nutritional needs, supporting overall health and well-being during midlife and beyond.   Protein plays a vital role in maintaining muscle mass and supporting metabolism, which are essential for staying strong, active, and independent as we age. Collagen complements this by promoting skin elasticity, joint health, and bone strength—key factors in maintaining vitality and mobility. Magnesium contributes to bone health, energy production, and better sleep, fostering resilience in midlife. Omega-3s support heart health, brain function, and reduced inflammation, helping to prevent chronic illnesses and extend health-span—enabling us to live longer, healthier lives.   “We are excited to bring these thoughtfully formulated products to our clients,” said Angela Johnson, CEO of sanoLiving. “This partnership allows us to continue empowering women with affordable, high-quality solutions that make a meaningful difference in their overall health and wellness journey”. https://lnkd.in/gWjttbK8

Menopause isn’t just “a phase”—it’s a life stage that can significantly impact women’s health, careers, and overall well-being. It doesn’t have to be this way. Access to evidence-based care and experienced clinicians can make all the difference. A groundbreaking study led by Dr. Lori Brotto and Shirley Weir led a groundbreaking study with the Women's Health Research Institute (WHRI), Pacific Blue Cross, and the BC Women's Health Foundation, to measure the physical and psychological challenges faced by midlife women in #BC. Here is what they found: 💼 24% of women missed workdays in the past year because of menopause symptoms. 🚫 1 in 10 women turned down promotions or career advancements due to these challenges. 🧠 42% reported mental health struggles, highlighting the need for greater mental health support. 📉 32% said symptoms impacted their ability to perform at work. These numbers tell a powerful story: unmanaged menopausal symptoms don’t just affect individuals—they impact workplaces, families, and communities.
