Key Responsibilities: Build and manage the sales pipeline, progressing leads from initial contact to close. Engage with prospective and existing clients to offer tailored solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning proposals and achieve client satisfaction. Partner with Marketing to manage campaigns and grow sales in target regions and markets. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred). Experience in biotech, pharma, or genomics with a proven track record in sales or marketing. Strong CRM skills (HubSpot experience a plus) and the ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
