    Let’s be honest, the sales interview process is broken. It’s not working for sellers. I hear nightmare stories everyday. - Interviewing with 6-12 different people over weeks  - Making it to finals to only get ghosted - Getting asked “gotcha” type questions - Having to defend short term pandemic jobs over and over and over And it's only gotten worse over the last 18 months. There has to be a better way? Find your next role through your network of trusted relationships and some of these problems will go away. If I think back, all of my best work experiences came about through my connections and a referral.
