With over two decades of experience in the environmental industry, Matt brings a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth. Matt's career spans key roles at prominent organizations, including Cascade Environmental, where he served as Senior Vice President of Operations, overseeing 12 offices, managing over 150 team members, and driving $50-70M in annual revenue. Under his guidance, Cascade's Remediation Division was strengthened through the integration of his team and assets. Previously, Matt excelled as General Manager at Cascade's Medford office, achieving a 93.2% revenue increase and a 1000% EBIDTA growth within 18 months. His ability to manage diverse teams and deliver outstanding results has been a hallmark of his career. Matt's leadership journey also includes pivotal roles at Renova Environmental, Panther Technologies, WRSCompass, and AMEC, where he honed his expertise in project management, client relations, and environmental solutions. His broad experience—from managing multi-million-dollar projects to collaborating with Fortune 500 clients and government agencies—ensures he is well-equipped to guide continued growth and success. As Summit SAEDACCO's new COO, Matt is eager to strengthen our ability to deliver an exceptional experience. This role will oversee all aspects of facility performance, focusing on safety, environmental compliance, customer relations, and financial accountability. With 7+ years in construction management or field services, ideally in environmental drilling or remediation, the ideal candidate will bring proven leadership skills and the ability to drive team success. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Location Operations Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with health, safety, environmental, and customer standards. Responsibilities include managing equipment maintenance, fleet readiness, inventory, and regulatory compliance. You’ll coordinate schedules, resolve conflicts, and track financial performance, including expenses, job costing, invoicing, and purchasing. Reporting on KPIs and leading hiring, performance management, and team development will also be key parts of your role.
