System Administrator position: Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a System Administrator for the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs. Reporting to the Director of Instructional Technologies, the System Administrator will serve as the administrator for HelioCampus, which includes the Assessment & Credentialing and Outcomes platform. This role will administer the HelioCampus system, and involves communicating with IT regarding data inputs, providing training and support for academic departments using the platform for assessment, and coordinating with the self-study teams for Middle States Accreditation. Additional responsibilities include the support of the teaching evaluation and student feedback processes. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Ensures system and data integrity, integration of the HelioCampus with the Canvas learning management system. Provides technical assistance to Office of Teaching Evaluation and Assessment Research (OTEAR) staff and support and instruction to University wide staff and faculty using the platform. Prepares data sets for archival purposes, analyses, and develop data management protocols for users.
