Royal Electric is thrilled to announce the following updates and additions to our safety team: we are excited to welcome Jennifer Wycisk as our new Vice President of Environmental, Health, and Safety and to celebrate the promotion of Robbie Ruiz to Safety Director! Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience in the industry, successfully leading teams toward incident-free projects by fostering a positive safety culture and adopting best practices. Her proven track record includes building relationships with clients and stakeholders, developing impactful safety programs, and championing mental health and well-being in construction. Robbie brings 15+ years of leadership experience in operations and safety management within the energy and construction sectors. Known for his ability to inspire and lead, he will drive the continued advancement of our safety culture through collaboration and strategic planning. Apprentice Electrician Clinton Allum is making waves at Hearthstone Lodge in Auburn, CA. Before coming to this project he did not have much experience bending conduit and asked Foreman Electrician Michael Thorton if he could take on a new challenge. Guided by Journeyman Electrician Aaron Anderson, Clinton absorbed every tip and trick he had to offer. Aaron shared that Clinton’s “progress has been an amazing thing to watch. He has taken the reins on installing conduit in some very tight electrical rooms and the one he finished today looks damn good!” This #NationalApprenticeshipWeek we’re proud to highlight the dedication and growth of our apprentices.
