Apprentice Electrician Clinton Allum is making waves at Hearthstone Lodge in Auburn, CA. Before coming to this project he did not have much experience bending conduit and asked Foreman Electrician Michael Thorton if he could take on a new challenge. Guided by Journeyman Electrician Aaron Anderson, Clinton absorbed every tip and trick he had to offer. Aaron shared that Clinton’s “progress has been an amazing thing to watch. He has taken the reins on installing conduit in some very tight electrical rooms and the one he finished today looks damn good!” This #NationalApprenticeshipWeek we’re proud to highlight the dedication and growth of our apprentices. Their commitment to learning and excellence is shaping the future of our industry. Thank you for following along and celebrating the incredible achievements of #OneRoyal with us!
