Excited to share that SmartLabs had the privilege of hosting the 11th Catalysts cohort of Richi Entrepreneurs just before Thanksgiving at our 21 Erie Street (Cambridge) and 40 Guest Street (Boston) research centers! It was inspiring to meet and engage with brilliant innovators, researchers, and entrepreneurs from Uruguay, Japan, Spain, and Italy as part of the Richi Childhood Cancer Foundation's unique life sciences acceleration program. During their time in our facilities, the cohort participated in working sessions, toured our spaces, and experienced the advanced capabilities available in the #Boston ecosystem - including a visit to our state-of-the-art #vivarium - gaining deeper insights into how SmartLabs and the region drive groundbreaking research! They also connected with seasoned investors and industry leaders during fireside chats and interactive sessions. 💯 What an incredible first week at the Immersion Program organized by Richi Entrepreneurs! During this week, we at RADBIO had the privilege to participate in inspiring sessions and workshops led by top professionals and experts from Boston's vibrant ecosystem. Their insights and practical tips have been invaluable for understanding the key factors driving innovation here. We also had the chance to attend a MassBio event and experience the dynamic networking at the renowned Venture Café Cambridge, both of which provided amazing opportunities to connect with leaders and visionaries in the life sciences and entrepreneurial community. To close the week, Ricardo Garcia kindly invited us to visit the Richi Childhood Cancer Foundation, and we were truly impressed by all of their initiatives and the outstanding strategy and execution behind each one. This journey has been incredibly enriching so far, and I’m genuinely excited to see what the second week of this program has in store for us!
