    I was stuck in my house for 5 months… and no one was coming to rescue me. On June 15, while many of you were out celebrating appraisals and milestones, I chose a different path. I decided it was time to follow a dream I’d held onto for years: to build something from scratch, lead a team I’d be proud of, and create a company that could someday reach $100 million. It was time to take the plunge. If you’ve ever gone after something big, you know it’s a battle. The storm of uncertainty hits hard, testing every reason you started, pushing you to the edge, daring you to quit. I lived in that storm these past four months—and learned to keep going, even in uncertainty. I knew the problem I wanted to solve. At Swatch King, we’d seen merchants struggle with avoidable issues: wrong sizes/ variants in carts, incorrect delivery addresses, last-minute changes. These weren’t minor—they led to a mountain of support tickets, return costs, and frustration. They were paying heavily for problems that should be easy to fix. When Shopify announced their Customer Accounts Launch Partner Program, it was a call. This was my chance to make a difference. That’s when Revize began.
