Our Human Capital Department had the privilege of hosting a presentation and property tour for the Culinary, Catering & Events Planning class from our neighboring community college, Atlantic Cape Community College. It was an incredible opportunity to share insights about the exciting world of events and catering careers with these talented students! A big shoutout to our Meredith Dickinson, our Resort GM Jimmy Thornton, and Chef Albert Cuff, who offered their expertise on career paths in culinary, events and catering, and to John Doyle, who gave them a deeper understanding of how budgets and costs play a crucial role in business success. They also got a glimpse into the rich history of Renault Winery and the unique VIVÂMEE Hospitality culture that makes our team so special. Not to mention that Miranda Polito answered their questions about how the property designs and improvements all happen. The students were amazing—attentive, curious, and already exploring their areas of passion. Our Resort GM, Jimmy, left them with invaluable advice: "Start your career with your end goal in mind." Professor Jeanine DiNardo and Chef Joseph T Sheridan, MS, CEC, we’re so inspired by their enthusiasm and can’t wait to see the bright futures they’ll create in the hospitality industry. Here is to The Next Generation of Hospitality Professionals! #HospitalityCareers #CulinaryArts #EventPlanning #Education #VivameeCulture #RenaultWinery
