Today, we celebrate the grand opening of the $4.3 million revitalization of Central Avenue, made possible through local leadership, state support, and the JobsOhio Vibrant Communities Program. This project has turned three historic buildings into thriving spaces for business, innovation, and community engagement. With a new restaurant, entrepreneurial training center, and retail spaces nearing full capacity, the initiative is creating and retaining 90 jobs while sparking renewed energy in the heart of Lima.
