A large public utility providing wholesale electricity to about 50 city-owned utilities and electric cooperatives recently went live with a digital transformation of its end-of-life mission-critical billing system. It had selected Red Clay Consulting to implement Oracle Customer Cloud Service (CCS) to facilitate its complex billing requirements and deploy a portal for its users and utility customers. An industry-leading electric utility in the midwest developed its digital transformation strategy around Oracle Energy and Utilities.
