#WellnessWednesday My thoughts are with everyone who may not be feeling the spirit of Christmas this year. Many of you might be struggling with depression, grieving the loss of a loved one, feeling lonely due to physical distance from family and friends, or facing financial difficulties that limit your ability to celebrate. Please know that you are not alone, and that there is help. This time of year can be tough for many individuals who are going through similar experiences. Here are a few things to consider: ❤️Don't set yourself up for disappointment and sadness by comparing today with the good old days of the past. 💚Try something new. Celebrate the holidays in a new way. ❤️Keep track of your holiday spending. 💚Make a holiday gratitude list. ❤️Make realistic expectations for the holiday season. 💚Be kind to yourself about your feelings. ❤️Embrace music for joy. 💚Seek joy. If you are feeling down, reach out to a those who love you or a professional and talk about your feelings. ❤️Spend a little time each day doing something which brings you joy, whether it's reading, playing an instrument, baking or soaking in a bath. Always, sending warmth and love to you all this holiday season. xXRR 💜

Thanksgiving is more than just a holiday; it's a time to slow down, reflect, and appreciate the moments that truly matter. For me, it's about having and sharing gratitude, gathering with loved ones, (friends/family) sharing laughter, delicious food, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. It's a reminder to be thankful for the simple things-family, friends, health, and the warmth of home. 🍂 🍁 As we gather and give thanks, let's remember to cherish these moments and feel grateful for the simple joys and blessings in our lives. 🦃🧡 🍽️ If you're going through a rough season, I encourage you to take two mins of mindfulness out of your day to write down three things you are grateful for. Know that you're not the only one going through grief this holiday season. It's acceptable to acknowledge what you are going through while also feeling happiness and thankfulness. By working together, we can create meaningful moments that commemorate the love we've lost and the joys we still have while finding a way to balance grief and thankfulness. Please reach out to me if you need support. No matter where you're at or what season you're in this Thanksgiving, know that there is always something to be grateful for. 🙌🏽 Happy Thanksgiving Day. 💜
