A housekeeper spotted a small snake inside a home in Carefree. It ended up being a baby Coachwhip (red racer) that had slipped inside through a small gap under the door. It happens.
About us
Rattlesnake Solutions LLC is the busiest snake relocation and prevention business in the United States, relocating over 1,400 snakes from homes in the Phoenix and Tucson metro areas each year. Founded in 2010, Rattlesnake Solutions works to solve conflict between native reptilian wildlife and an ever-expanding urban landscape through education, conservation, and direct mitigation. Funding generated from snake removal and prevention services are used in part for rattlesnake conservation research and educational outreach. Rattlesnake Solutions provides snake relocation and prevention services in Arizona. In the process, we meet thousands of homeowners, and learn about their encounters with wildlife in, and have developed a deep understanding of the challenges that rattlesnakes face in developing urban environments. Rattlesnakes are almost universally hated and often killed by even "animal lovers" and outdoors enthusiasts and often killed, needlessly. Rattlesnake Solutions' education outreach is focused outside of the traditional nature-center setting, seeking to speak directly with those who are most likely to fear them, kill them, and end up a statistic themselves in the process. By directly challenging the personalities that are the source of dangerous misinformation, we hope to change the culture of fear surrounding Arizona's most iconic wildlife.

In the early morning, a homeowner saw a rattlesnake crawl through the backyard to a corner of the patio. When Marissa arrived to capture it awhile later, she found a second snake as well, likely a mated pair. Also in the note: "They had baby ducks which has nothing to do with this but look how cute."

Rattlesnakes can climb many things – trees, rough rock surfaces, bushes and shrubs, etc ... but flat steel isn't among them. More information on Rattlesnake Fencing: https://lnkd.in/gRFRqQWT

A Western Diamondback Rattlesnake found on an inspection of an industrial facility recently. This is one of many in the weeks this one has been visited. These kinds of recurring property inspections can provide much needed eyes on potentially dangerous situations where workers could encounter rattlesnakes. A Desert Nightsnake was trapped in a sticky trap placed inside the garage by the homeowner's pest control company. The snake was, thankfully, still very alive and was able to be freed. It was released back to the property, with the permission of the homeowner, after the remaining sticky traps were discarded. If your pest control company has these out in your garage, please consider that something like this is a likely result. Not just snakes, but birds, all types of lizards, even larger animals lose their lives to these traps.

A very gravid (pregnant) Western Diamondback Rattlesnake found under a bush in the backyard. The night before, a different rattlesnake was found and relocated from the front yard. The property had not seen a rattlesnake in the seven years prior, so the homeowners were a bit surprised by the sudden activity. 24/7 Snake Removal & Prevention: Phoenix-metro: 480-237-9975 Tucson-metro: 520-308-6211 https://lnkd.in/gX9-v_Y8
