Over 500 New Members Have Joined Us Post-Election! 💙 The past two weeks have been incredible, with so many women stepping forward to join RAARE and our mission. At our first BREO meeting after the election, the energy was palpable, and our breakout discussions were deeply moving. One of the most impactful moments was the conversation around what has racism stolen from us. Many women shared their raw, authentic experiences and expressed a need for help in processing the emotions that arise in this post-election period. If you haven’t already, I strongly encourage you to watch the 30-minute post-election video facilitated by Dr. Nikki R.. Her insight and leadership in navigating this space are truly unmatched. This video replay sets the stage for the work we can do together and how we can channel our emotions into meaningful action with love, compassion and grace. 👉 Watch the video before this Tuesday’s BREO meeting. Together, we’ll reflect, discuss, and explore actionable steps we can take to support one another and create impactful change. Women supporting women. That’s how we grow stronger. 💪 Let’s continue to show up for ourselves and for each other. Let’s lead with grace, take action, and stay RAARE. If you are not already a BREO member I encourage you to join us. Here>>> https://lnkd.in/gA59au73 #PostElectionProcessing #WomenSupportingWomen #BREO #TakeAction —

🔥 A Night of Power, Purpose, and Unbreakable Commitment 🔥 Last night, the RAARE Woman Collective gathered on Zoom for a post-election reflection, and what unfolded was nothing short of transformative. Our community came together in a profound, electric space of solidarity, courage, and vision—proving once again that when women stand united, we are unstoppable. 🌎✨ A heartfelt THANK YOU to Dr. Nikki R. for leading this critical conversation. Her wisdom grounded us, her words reignited our purpose, and her reminders were clear: though the path may be long and the challenges real, our mission and vision remain unshakable. Our work has never been about any one moment—it’s about creating a seismic shift toward a future free from racism. The passion and resolve I witnessed last night reminded me why this community is unlike any other. We are not here for the easy conversations. We are here to dismantle, rebuild, and lead with love, intention, and fierce accountability. We are here to change the course of history, to redefine what is possible, and to lift each other every step of the way. 💥💪🏽 For those who missed the call, the recording is available in the BREO Portal. I encourage you to watch, reflect, and carry forward the energy of this powerful moment. To every RAARE woman who showed up last night, thank you for your courage, your voice, and your relentless dedication. This is how we will build a legacy—a movement—that will shape a brighter, more just world for generations to come. Together, we are RAARE. Together, we are unstoppable. 🌸💫 Director-Holly Hartman https://lnkd.in/gA59au73 #RAAREWomanCollective #Unbreakable #AdvancingRacialEquity #TogetherWeRise #PurposeAndPower

🌍 Advancing Racial Equity in the 2024 Election: Key Issues to Consider 🌍 As part of RAARE Woman Collective, we’re dedicated to breaking down systemic barriers, empowering each other, and creating lasting change. With the 2024 election around the corner, this is a crucial time to reflect on how policies at both the federal and state levels impact racial equity. Elections are more than choosing representatives—they shape the laws, policies, and programs that affect all of us, particularly communities of color. Here are key areas to consider as we approach the polls: 🗝️ Criminal Justice Reform: Reducing racial disparities through fair sentencing, bail reform, and police accountability. 💼 Economic Equity: Supporting minority-owned businesses, fair housing, and equitable wages to help close the racial wealth gap. 💉 Health Care Access: Expanding Medicaid, maternal health, and mental health resources to reduce care disparities. 📚 Education Access and Funding: Ensuring fair school funding and curriculum inclusivity for equitable opportunities. 🌱 Environmental Justice: Addressing pollution and zoning to protect vulnerable communities from health risks. 🗳️ Voting Rights: Safeguarding fair, accessible voting practices for all. 🏠 Housing Equity: Promoting affordable housing and tenant protections to create inclusive neighborhoods. Your vote is a powerful tool for advancing racial equity. Let’s use our voices to support policies and leaders who will break down barriers and work toward a just and equitable future for all. Together, we can make a difference. 🌟 #RacialEquity #RAAREWomanCollective #2024Election #SocialImpact #Leadership #Advocacy #CommunityEmpowerment #InformedVoter

🌟 Seeking Connections to Help Scale an Innovative Tool (Card Decks) for Meaningful Conversations 🌟 Hello, everyone! I’m Holly Hartman, Director of the RAARE Woman Collective and co-creator of the RAARE Conversation Cards—RAARE stands for Radical Action Advancing Racial Equity. These cards are an innovative tool designed to foster meaningful conversations around racial equity at home, in the workplace, and within communities. Since launching locally in Louisville, the response has been incredible. Several organizations have already purchased 60+ decks each to support their diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts. The feedback has been deeply inspiring, with leaders sharing how these cards are helping to uncover biases, spark understanding, and foster a more inclusive culture. As we aim to expand the reach of these conversation cards, I’m seeking support in scaling this initiative. If you have insight or connections within retail, corporate partnerships, or broader distribution channels, I would be so grateful for an introduction. My goal is to make these tools widely accessible to those who can use them to inspire change and advance racial equity. Thank you for considering this request and for any connections you might be able to share. Together, we can amplify the impact of these important conversations. Warm regards, Holly Hartman Director, RAARE Woman Collective

RAARE Woman Collective reposted this
Joan Mulholland is a civil rights icon. She and other women in that era are lifted as exemplars as I coach women to become racial equity advocates through the RAARE Woman Collective Meeting her was an absolute dream. Thanks to her wonderful son, Loki Mulholland, for assuring she made her way to Ohio last month. Racial equity work is a battle of beliefs. There is a science, proven methods, attributes, language, and frameworks in order to do this work well, in the spaces you are already in. Do you believe we can create a world where racism can’t live? A world where each of us can decide we will take away the oxygen that racism breathes and make a daily commitment to do so? I firmly believe that not only CAN we create that world, but we must do so given the demographic reality before us and our collective desire to maintain a global stronghold and healthy economy. I’m inspired by the work of Joan Mulholland, a woman who simply made the decision reset the lens through which she views her life and impact. She and women like her from the 1960s can’t be the only example of women that our children can look to who have made a commitment to further this work. We need more RAARE women like Joan! Join us!

🎉 To the white women who showed up—YOU are leading the charge! 🎉 I want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible women who attended the RAARE Woman Collective Town Hall Summit. Your presence, vulnerability, and commitment to this work are exactly what’s needed to drive real, transformative change. By showing up, sharing your stories, and embracing the discomfort of growth, you are truly leading by example. We were guided over the past two nights by Dr. Nikki R. and Karen D. Smith Butler, two incredible Black women leaders who lead with love, compassion, and grace. They not only educated and supported us but reminded us of the urgency of this work. Racism and hate impact each and every one of us—regardless of our skin color—and the cost is something we can no longer ignore. Hearing the stories of the women of RAARE was a powerful reminder that racism has stolen something from each of us, and it’s time to take action. Together, we have the power to advance racial equity and create a world where racism can no longer live. We are incredibly grateful for the leadership of these strong, visionary women who guide us in this mission with such compassion. 🌱 For those who missed the summit: You can still join us on this journey! Become part of BREO, our membership community that offers ongoing education, resources, and support. The work continues, and we need every voice in this movement. Visit our Website RAARE Woman Collective . com the videos from the summit will be available there. ✨ New this year! We’re launching BREO Peer-to-Peer Meetings, creating a safe space for women to come together, share, reflect, and grow. This is where real connections happen, and where you can keep taking action toward lasting change. To every woman who stood up, spoke out, and committed to advancing racial equity—you are showing the world what true leadership looks like. Let’s continue to lead, act, and create the change we want to see. Together, we are unstoppable. RAARE Woman Collective Live 💪💙 #RAAREWoman #LeadWithCourage #RacialEquity #WomenWhoLead #CommunityPower #RadicalAction #BREO
