Hitting the road to visit our client partners is always a great time. We get to the chance to really work together on supporting their clinical, operational, and financial goals. We get to see our clients in action and understand their biggest priorities. Getting to observe their clinical teams manage their patients and do their daily work - allows Quality Reviews® to tailor and customize our patient engagement tools to fit their workflows. But meeting our clients to launch a new solution is truly exciting. We closed the summer with an onsite at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour, Indiana to launch our Q Rounding Solution - designed to support patients during their inpatient stay. Working together with Chief Nursing Officer Amy Pettit RN, DNP, NE-BC, CSSBB and Director of Women & Children's Service Chastity Johnson MSN, RNC-OB, Quality Reviews® deployed our Q Rounding solution to help the clinical staff at Schneck Medical Center and the Family Life Center continue to support women, their families, and newborns. Quality Reviews® and Schneck Medical Center have been working on this project across the year as a team to build a digital workflow that provides video education to patients, supports discharge efforts, and even allow patients to order meals. We are committed to support Amy Pettit RN, DNP, NE-BC, CSSBB and Schneck’s goal of being a pillar of women’s health in Southern Indiana. Neha Sachdev, MPH, Sonni Mun, M.D., and Ajay Singh loved their trip to Seymour to launch Q Rounding, learn from Amy and the Schneck team, and of course enjoy some John Mellencamp!!!!

Over 400 Maternity Programs have closed down in the last ten years. "The gap in care from closing maternity programs, only has detrimental impact on communities, regardless of rural versus urban," shares Quality Reviews® CMO Sonni Mun, M.D. "These health systems are exacerbating health disparities felt across the country". Leaders have justified these changes due the shifting landscape of workforce challenges and financial pressures. They are trying to focus back on "high reimbursement" procedures to increase their financial health. "Health systems who are looking at traditional revenue streams to build their future growth are not appreciating the women's programs are often the actual "front door" to their health system- to generate life long revenue," shares VP of Strategy Ajay Singh who recently did a round table to CFOs. That is why Quality Reviews® is excited to invite you to this webinar with Hope Yates, JD, MPH and @Kayla Paula of Women's Health at Columbia University Irving Medical Center on the benefits of investing in Women's Health programs for patients, providers, and payers. For the first time in Gallup’s two-decade trend, less than half of Americans are complimentary about the quality of U.S. healthcare, with 48% rating it “excellent” or “good.” "Patients are not ok in 2024. Providers need to stop thinking that what happens within their four walls and surveying is enough to meet a patient's definition of 'experience'. They have certain expectations of their provider and payer. If you as an organization don't know or meet them, you have setting up for failure" - VP of Strategy Ajay Singh shared on a recent panel on patient centric care. One of the drivers of this declining trend of confidence in healthcare institutions- is the change in patients's perspective in what they expect from providers and payers. As patients become more technology savvy, focused on owning their health outcomes, and desire for less friction to access- we see a shift from patient "experience" to patient "expectations". In our recent CMO's Corner, Quality Reviews® CMO Sonni Mun, M.D. shares her findings from her recent round of provider interviews on this new shift towards expectations. NEW CASE STUDY HOT OFF THE PRESS!! Quality Reviews® has been partnering with its client partners on our Q Reach Solution- dedicated to helping healthcare organizations with improving their discoverability: https://lnkd.in/edVsusZA With over half our clients using our Q Reach solution to drive discoverability and ultimately revenue- we have a new case study from one of our AMC clients in NYC. Online presence at a physician level is not enough. Patients are now looking at all Google and review pages to look at online scores for locations, departments, and facilities. These reviews are key in the decision-making process of patients today. Not just scores but even the reviews themselves. "As a parent, as a doctor, as a paitent, even I go to Google pages and social sites to get information, that is part of my decision making on where and who, I schedule an appointment with" shares Quality Reviews® CMO Sonni Mun, M.D. Quality Reviews®, and our Q Reach product, helped improve online reviews by 31%. Outpatient locations, including same day procedure centers, saw a 93% increase in online scores. "Value stories like this happen, when vendors & health systems get in a room together and figure out the actual solution together"- Ajay Singh, VP of Strategy.
