Meet Kristin Johnson, our Vice President of Business Applications at Provisions Group! Kristin brings 20 years of experience, leading CRM and business application projects, with a primary focus on Salesforce. She transitioned from a background in marketing and sales into IT support and implementation, recognizing the critical role that processes and people play in driving successful technology outcomes. Kristin is committed to expanding Salesforce’s success into additional business applications while prioritizing process and people over just the technology itself. She believes client satisfaction comes from truly understanding each client's unique business needs and aligning technology to support those goals. Recently promoted from Practice Delivery Director to VP, Kristin is passionate about helping clients win by focusing on the details that drive business growth. Her approach ensures that technology solutions are not only effective but aligned with client needs for lasting success. Kristin is guided by the Provisions Group mantra, "We Help People Win at Work." She finds this approach dynamic and rewarding, understanding that "winning" can mean different things for each client and team. For her, the best part of the job is uncovering the “win” and finding the best solution to meet that need. Kristin and her team are dedicated to delivering client success. If you're looking to enhance your business applications, she’s the expert to help you get there!

The holidays can be a lonely time for residents in assisted living facilities, especially when they’re apart from loved ones. With that in mind, our team volunteered at Morning Pointe Assisted Living this week. We spent the afternoon decorating ornaments and playing games with the residents, and it was a heartwarming experience. One resident even shared that it was "the most fun they’d had all week," which was such a sweet reminder of how much a little time and attention can brighten someone’s day. We’re grateful for the chance to share the holiday spirit with these wonderful residents and encourage everyone to find a way to give back this season, even in simple, small ways. #PlantingSeeds

Yesterday, we hit pause on our usual routine to embrace what makes our office special: community. We decorated the Firehouse (our Franklin office) for Christmas, enjoyed some fun holiday drinks made by Michael Edwards, our VP of Community, and ended the day with a White Elephant gift swap. From all of us at Provisions Group, we wish you a joyful holiday season!

Happy Giving Tuesday from Provisions Group! Today is a perfect reminder to reflect on the importance of giving—whether it’s through a monetary donation or the gift of your time and service. At Provisions Group, we are proud to prioritize giving back, or as we call it, 'planting seeds', as a core part of our mission. This year, our team has had the privilege of supporting several incredible local nonprofits, including: One Generation Away GraceWorks Ministries Blood Assurance Cul2vate Both Hands Pinson Hospital Hospitality House Freedom Reigns Ranch Mercy Community Healthcare …and many more. Each of these organizations is doing amazing work to uplift and support individuals and families in our community, and we are honored to be part of their efforts. As we continue 'planting seeds' across Nashville, we encourage you to join us in giving back—whether through donations, volunteer work, or simply spreading the word about these causes.
