I just completed my training with Michael Cortina PTSD/Trauma Resolution Expert to become a TCM Practitioner, utilizing The Cortina Method (TCM)!! This brain-based method of healing trauma/PTS is highly effective and happens without re-living those experiences, and can additionally assist in many other areas of one’s life such as addiction, anxiety, or optimizing your life overall.
