In 2001, our nation was forever changed by the deadliest terrorist attack on U.S. soil. Many around the country looked to our military to defend our freedoms and avenge those who were lost on that fateful day. As America’s first response, small groups of US Army Green Berets were inserted into Northern Afghanistan. Some of them were on horseback. Earning them the name “Horse Soldiers,” they were memorialized by the America’s Response Monument located at Ground Zero in New York City. Along with others and as part of “Task Force Dagger,” these men helped liberate Afghanistan from Taliban rule. After years of service, Green Berets from the “Task Force Dagger” mission and other combat veterans took a passion in making whiskey. Their Double Gold Award-winning bourbon, housed in glass bottles molded by steel recovered from the World Trade Center is a testament to the American Dream they defended is still very alive today. This Authentic, Award-winning, American Made bourbon is a taste of American Freedom. 23 years later, on the day of that initial mission, the PBR announced Horse Soldier Bourbon as our newest partner of the PBR Camping World Teams Series. They are now the official dark spirit of the PBR Camping World Team Series, bringing together American Bourbon and the toughest sport on dirt.

As PBR expands, we are pleased to share a new milestone in bringing more live content to fans -- the launch of PBR+, the ultimate destination for Western sports. Adding to the Unleash The Beast and Teams events Merit+ carries, PBR+ will be streaming additional live PBR (including exclusively carrying the Pendleton Whisky Velocity Tour and PBR Challenger Series) along with replays, rodeo events and the deepest library of on-demand PBR content across web, mobile and TV apps. PBR+ will be the exclusive home of the first-ever PBR Teams Ride-In Round from South Point on Thursday, Oct. 17 at 10pm ET. In this unique wild-card shootout, teams will battle it out to head to Championship Weekend at T-Mobile Arena. In addition, the Challenger Series Championship will also air exclusively through PBR+ on October 16 -17. You can sign up today through www.pbrplus.com to watch these exciting playoff events and access PBR+ at no charge through the end of 2024.
