More than 125 members of the Dechert community gathered together in Brooklyn last week for our Diversity Symposium, a signature three-day program designed to help attendees better understand the firm, its strategic outlook, and its commitment to achieving greater diversity, equity, and inclusion. The Symposium, themed “Authenticity in Action: Charting Your Path to Success,” provided an opportunity for participants to create their personal road map for career development. This year’s event included sessions with insights from partners, alumni and clients, as well as an afternoon of service with Children of Promise, NYC.
