Yesterday, we set a major milestone in our nearly 40-year history by cooking our 40 millionth meal! The God’s Love We Deliver team was joined by the talented Liev Schreiber, Board members Nicky Hilton and Melba Wilson, New York City Council members Carlina Rivera & Erik Bottcher, Volunteer leadership members, staff and volunteers as we packed out our 40 millionth meal at our Michael Kors Building in SoHo. Afterward, Councilmember Rivera presented God’s Love with a New York City Council Proclamation to honor this humbling milestone. God’s Love has proudly nourished New Yorkers since 1985, beginning with one delivery and a mission to bring nutritious food to anyone who needs it. After nearly 40 years, we are still the ONLY medically tailored meal organization providing individually-tailored meals and nutrition education to New Yorkers with severe illnesses.
