Since launching just a few short years ago, more than 80 startups currently work out of our labs in Chicago, Boston, Atlanta, and Houston. These startups are doing fascinating, groundbreaking research, and we wanted to highlight some of their successes in 2024. What an evening in Atlanta! We had an amazing time celebrating life sciences innovation with our partners at Georgia Bio! Thank you to the hundreds of professionals who showed up to our Southern Nights and Winter [High]Lights event, and shoutout to Georgia Bio for sponsoring. Between a huge grand opening and welcoming new members into our ecosystem, 2024 has been fantastic, and we look forward to an even stronger 2025!

It's freezing cold outside but nice and warm at Portal! Yesterday we had a hot chocolate and Garrett Popcorn bar for members, followed by a movie viewing of a holiday classic, Home Alone!

Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the WIB-Greater Boston holiday party at our Southline space! It was great celebrating with life sciences professionals in the area as we wrap up 2024. WIB is a fantastic organization and we look forward to working with them on additional events and initiatives in 2025!

There's no better way to celebrate 2024 at Portal than with our staff holiday party! It was great having our teammates from Boston, Atlanta, and Houston come to Chicago for an evening of speeches, karaoke, and photo booth pictures. Huge shoutout to our operations team for putting on such a successful event - we're ready to roll into 2025 in exciting fashion!

Between lab space, growing ecosystems, a national reach, world-class lab space, and equipment - there are already a number of reasons to join Portal. Need another one?
