Ground has officially been broken at our Confluence Riverfront, the future location of Idaho's first cruise boat dock. The team from M.L. Congratulations to Jessi McLean, owner of G&E Essentials, for being awarded an Idaho State Trade Expansion Program Grant! This grant, partially funded by the US Small Business Administration, aims to boost the number of small businesses engaging in exports. It will cover most of the expenses for Jessi's participation in an upcoming trade show in Las Vegas this June. One of our favorite “incubator” success stories, Jessi has transformed her business from crafting bath products for her daughters to offering a diverse range of all-natural items. We are truly honored to be a part of her journey.

A dedicated group of advocates, including Port General Manager Scott Corbitt, gathered in Washington DC to defend the Lower Snake River Dams. Representing agriculture, tourism, and shipping, they met with lawmakers from both parties to counter misinformation about breaching the dams and to highlight the potential devastation to the industries and communities that rely on them.
