We're on the lookout for a Contract Web UI Designer! 🌐 💡 🎨 This contract will last 6 months, with plans to start around January 13th. In this contracted role, you’ll craft intuitive, engaging designs for our website. We’re looking for someone who has strong technical skills, a deep passion for our mission, and can easily collaborate with others to ensure a seamless implementation. Today is the 25th anniversary of Transgender Day of Remembrance. TDOR was founded in 1999 by trans advocate Gwendolyn Ann Smith in memory of Rita Hester. It's a day where we not only honor and commemorate trans people who have tragically lost their lives to anti-trans violence, but also a day where we come together in strength and community. And, while TDOR is always a heavy day for our community, this year feels particularly so. No transgender, non-binary, or gender non-conforming person should ever have to apologize for who they are!
