Through Plexus’ commitment to our Growing our People value, he was able to explore different roles before ultimately pursuing his passion for IT. From shadowing leadership to transitioning into an internship and ultimately graduating with a degree in Applied Computing, Chris has demonstrated what it means to fully embrace the opportunities Plexus offers. Today, he is a System Engineer, taking the next exciting step in his career journey. As we observe #NationalEnergyConservationDay, we reflect on the importance of energy efficiency as a cornerstone of sustainability. Plexus is proud to share that through initiatives such as renewable energy integration, solar panel installations and LED lighting upgrades, we were able to achieve more than a 5% reduction in global emissions in fiscal 2024! Our Women in Network (WiN) Employee Resource Group in Oradea, Romania, organized four workshops focusing on women’s leadership in a changing community. The final workshop attracted over 200 participants, including Plexus team members and community members. Plexus leaders shared their personal and professional experiences, offering inspiration and motivation. They discussed empathy in leadership, making decisions under pressure, and how vulnerability and introspection can build inner strength. The workshops fostered a sense of community and leadership that will inspire the participants to lead confidently and resiliently.

This National Apprenticeship Week, we’re highlighting the hard work, dedication, and growth of our youth apprentices. As they gain hands-on experience, build new skills, and pave the way for bright futures, we’re proud to celebrate their contributions and the next generation of leaders they’re becoming.
