Pivotal Partners are partnering exclusively with a $500m backed AI/ML vendor who are looking to build out their founding US GTM function. In the last 3 years, they have grown from $10m> to $100m< in revenue despite having less than 100 employees. We are now searching for Mid-Market/Commercial AE's with a strong track record (2+ years of closing experience) of over achievement vs quota selling to technical decision makers. This is a genuine opportunity to be one of the founding US sellers positioning "must have" AI/ML technology in the fastest growing area of software globally. Reach out James Cato for more information.

After 3.5 years at Lacework/Fortinet, a place where I grew personally and in my career more than I have at any other company, I've decided to make a move to do something new! 🎉🎉🎉 Last week, I started as Director of Technical Account Management at LaunchDarkly! Thanks to the amazing leadership team over there who I spoke with throughout the process (Gigi Neuenfeldt, Christy Pasion, Devin Williams, Jenn Wei, Randy Gullett, Jillian Smith and Marcus Holm). Many thanks to James Whipp as well who guided me through the whole thing. Looking back: I started at Lacework as the first Solution Architect and was responsible for helping build the Professional Services function from scratch and ended up overseeing the department in the Americas (and globally for some time). I learned an incredible amount about cloud security, like what good and bad cloud security looks like, and I worked with the most amazing and talented people I've ever had the pleasure of being coworkers with while I was there. It's an experience that I will never forget and one that taught me lessons that will stick with me for life. I'm so thankful to everyone who helped me along the way, like Daniel Martushev, Galen Emery, CISSP, Gregory Sloan, Eric Six, JJ Weiland, Chris Gilbert, Daniel Reed, Adam Larson, Tim Chase, Raf Chiodo, Kevin K., Andrew Casey, Barbara Dawson, Michael Moore, Ryan Ahlers, Ashley DeJesus, Victor Madarang, Derek Halliwell, Julia Weimer, Angelo R, Steve Tilden, Jeff Vogt, Ross Paterson, Joshua Bonner, Michael Derrer, Andrew Lee, James B., Yashesh S., Stephen Lang, Adam Benesh, Vlad Kucher and so many more (I could probably make an entire post of mentions/tags). If I didn't name you, I'm sorry, but you know I appreciate you (also, I hit the mention limit 😆)! Ever since my first experience in Customer Success at a video conferencing-based startup called Highfive, where I started as a CSM and ended up overseeing the function, I've had a desire to run a Technical Success team. The concept of Technical Success blends together everything I love about helping people, solving problems, and remaining centered around amazing technology. I'm thrilled now to apply everything I've learned and developed around the best ways to drive success, with a technical focus, for our customers at LaunchDarkly! Lastly, my team is growing! I'm looking for someone who lives for the thrill of delighting customers, is eager to tackle technical challenges, and is/wants to be a technical master when it comes to feature management and software release excellence. I'll post more on this soon, but for now, you can see the job description here: https://lnkd.in/gCkbWtwZ Send me a message if you or someone you know is interested!
