This past Friday, staff from our Member Services Department had the exciting opportunity to attend the Fun at First Church Community Resource Festival in Roseville. This event offered interactive activities such as coloring, ornament making, and a piñata for the community. Partnership staff provided onsite support in both Spanish and English, helping several members with questions about their benefits. The Member Services team was honored to be included in this event and looks forward to many more community events in Placer County! Way to go!! 👏❤️

Staff from Partnership’s Population Health department volunteered recently at the Ceres Community Project’s Petaluma Farm. This chance to tend to the garden brought Partnership staff together, outside of the office, to bond and give back to the community. As an Enhanced Care Management provider, the Ceres Community Project prepares and delivers medically-tailored meals for eligible Partnership members. They also work to empower youth, educate the community, and restore the idea of caring for neighbors through the power of food. Partnership provides our employees the chance to volunteer each year. We are proud to be able to give back to the communities we serve both in our daily work and in service! Thank you to the Population Health Department and Ceres Community Project!! #volunteering #PartnershipintheCommunity #CeresCommunityProject #MediCal #community 🥕 🥔 🤝 👏

If you have a history of smoking or feel you may be at risk, it is important to take charge of your health and talk to your doctor about your screening options.
