🎉 Let’s celebrate this week’s Packbacker Spotlight: ✨Malory Dowdle,✨ who is marking an incredible 3 years at Packback! 🥳 Malory is a Sales Manager III, originally from Howell, Michigan, who now calls Illinois home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dog, her boyfriend (in that order), and her big Italian/Irish family. Fun fact: Malory’s also a professional bridesmaid—she was in her 13th wedding this past August! Reflecting on her three years at Packback, Malory shared some of her proudest accomplishments: 1️⃣ “The team I have built over the last 6 campaigns. 🎥🌲 Say hello to this week’s Packbacker Spotlight: Oliver Short 🎷🎿 Oliver is the Director of Product & Design at Packback, based in beautiful Denver, Colorado. Originally from North Carolina, he’s a cinephile, saxophone player, and passionate sports fan. Outside of work, Oliver spends his time hiking with his wife Mary, hosting movie nights with friends, and hitting the slopes—though he admits his skiing could use some improvement! At Packback, Oliver leads the Product & Design team, a group he describes as “dedicated, creative, and empathetic technologists.” He shared: “Our team is obsessed with solving problems for our users. They conduct user research, run data analyses, and create delightful experiences that help Packback drive beneficial outcomes for our administrators, faculty, and students.
