Had a great conversation with Abigail Doolittle, Bloomberg about Pacaso and what we’ve been working on lately, including our 1H 24 financial performance. From Cape Cod to Cabo, our model has unlocked access to over $1 billion in luxury real estate while delivering a seamless, managed experience for owners. I’m pleased to share that our first-half 2024 results were strong, even in a tough real estate market: 🔼 $88M in real estate sales (up 36% year-over-year) 🔼 $13M in gross profit (up 38% year-over-year) 🔼 Adjusted EBITDA of $(10.3)M, improved from $(16.9)M We’re also inviting individual investors to join us in this journey through our Reg A+ offering, which is something I’m really proud of.
