Remember the days when we wanted to be this busy? Back then, we yearned for the challenges, the deadlines, the constant hustle. Fast forward to now, and it can feel like a relentless cycle of work, worry, and the ever-present dread of what’s next. But let's pause for a moment and appreciate the journey. Each task, each challenge, has shaped us into the professionals we are today. It’s a testament to our skills and dedication. So instead of feeling overwhelmed, let’s take a moment to reflect on how much we've grown to get here. Every task and every responsibility is a sign of the trust we've built. It's a reminder that this moment, this busy time, is something to be proud of. Yes, there’s always something next, but remember: you’ve earned this. You’ve made it through to this point with resilience, effort, and growth. Let’s finish the year strong and prepare ourselves for an even better 2025 🥳 #Consultants #ProductivityTips #WorkLifeBalance #ReflectAndRenew #CareerGrowth #Gratitude #Consulting
P31 Academy for Consulting Performance Excellence
Professional Training and Coaching
Consulting skills training programs for small and midsize consultancies and groups - focused on performance excellence!
About us
P31 Academy for Performance Excellence was established for small and midsize consultancies and organizations that: - Don’t have a developed training program for their new hires - Don’t think publicly available options will ‘skill up’ teams adequately - Don’t want off-the-shelf consulting training - Don’t want to spend $100k+ to develop a custom program that requires updating every few years - Don’t have internal resources or Seniors available to oversee development of a custom program - Don’t have HR support to track training performance progress - Don’t have managers who are fully available to lead a training program and provide feedback - Don’t want their consultants to learn solely via independent learning (online) - Don’t have a clear career path for employees, or don’t have one at all The inaugural P31 Academy Consulting Excellence program, "Fundamental Skills for Consulting", will produce highly-skilled, ready-to-contribute team members and do it quickly. The program is facilitated by experienced consultants and learning facilitators who know consulting and know how to train others to do it well. It is designed for small groups (3-6) from your company to learn together with practice activities and exercises tailored based on your company's business. And, it offers start dates several times each year to align with your seasonal hiring. Analysts and Consultants who choose to work with small and midsize consultancies have the same professional development needs and expectations as those who join large companies. P31 Academy partners with small and midsize companies to be an extension of your organization enabling your leaders to focus on Business Development and project oversight while P31 jumpstarts the skill development of your team members - supported with feedback and coaching. Your team members participate in a transformative, immersive and memorable learning experience - one that YOU provided for them!

Our team just hosted an event last week. We’ve all come together less than a handful of times this year, and each time feels like we never skipped a beat. We operate remotely because many of us live in other countries and continents. Yet, that doesn’t stop us from running the business and really enjoying each other’s company. In fact, we were all sad to leave each other. Doesn’t that sound like a dream team? We thank each other for each other ALL the time. There’s nothing like having a team of people you enjoy working with AND are fantastic at getting the job done! #RemoteTeam #DreamTeam #TeamCulture #WorkCulture #RemoteWork #Teamwork #CompanyCulture #Consulting

Here’s why consulting is a great choice at any stage of life: Leverage Your Expertise: Share your knowledge and skills with others. Financial Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of setting your own hours and rates. Personal Fulfillment: Make a difference and contribute to meaningful projects. Continuous Learning: Stay engaged and keep your mind sharp. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting out, consulting can be a fulfilling and rewarding career path. You get to choose projects that align with your experience and passions, while also helping others with the wisdom you’ve accumulated. For retirees, it’s a great way to stay mentally active and socially engaged while continuing to make valuable contributions. In fact, just as Lin Grensing-Pophal, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, PCM shared, some people have found great success starting their own businesses well into their 60s and beyond. It’s proof that age is not a barrier to entrepreneurship. So, whether you’re looking to transition from a traditional job, supplement your income, or simply share your expertise, consulting could be just what you’re looking for! #Consulting #Retirement #CareerAdvice #Entrepreneurship #SecondAct #WorkLifeBalance

A one hit wonder doesn’t make you a success. It's a process that requires consistent effort, clarity, and resilience. What does success look like to you - are you there 👀? The Seven Steps to SUCCESS: A Leadership Blueprint Success is more than a destination; it’s a system. In leadership, success demands clarity, resilience, and action. Break down the word "SUCCESS" to create a framework to drive personal and organizational growth. 1. See Your Goal Clarity is power. Great leaders define the ‘why’ behind their goals. Each goal must be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) and align with your core values. A team united by purpose wins. TIP: After setting goals, ask: "What does success feel like for each?" It gets your team emotionally invested. 2. Understand the Obstacles Great leaders anticipate hurdles to avoid them. Address: • Internal bottlenecks (ex: workflows, miscommunication) • Disruptive market trends • Resource constraints by prioritizing ruthlessly • Team vulnerabilities by upskilling TIP: Involve your team in identifying obstacles. It drives ownership and innovative solutions. 3. Create a Positive Mental Picture Vision drives momentum. Leaders who visualize success radiate an inspiring energy. • Tell a compelling story • Reframe challenges as opportunities • Celebrate progress to boost morale TIP: Start meetings by revisiting your ‘WHY’ to keep focus. 4. Clear Your Mind of Self-Doubt Doubt kills action. To overcome uncertainty: • Rely on data, insights & instincts • Deconstruct past failures to extract lessons, not fears • Coach your team TIP: Use a daily affirmation (ex: "I trust my intuition and always learn from experience"). 5. Embrace the Challenge Opportunities are often disguised as problems. By embracing challenges, you: • Cultivate a growth mindset • Use mistakes as fuel for innovation • Welcome diverse input TIP: Treat every challenge as a story that's worth telling. 6. Stay on Track Momentum sustains success. The best leaders consistently review and refine. • Revisit key goals & priorities • Enable team members to self-correct • Encourage open feedback loops to fix misalignments TIP: Balance autonomy with adequate support. 7. Show the World You Can Do It Success is measured by results, not effort. Execution is king. • Share wins transparently with stakeholders • Document and communicate lessons learned • Build a legacy by mentoring others TIP: After every project, identify one win and one lesson. This framework isn't just for professional success. You can use it to supercharge growth in all areas of life. Internalize it to lead with purpose and start your journey to SUCCESS today! ♻ Repost if you found this valuable. And follow Eric Partaker for more. 📌 Want to become a world-class CEO? How has the rise in premium travel options impacted your business or lifestyle? While virtual meetings are effective, there’s something invaluable about being in the room with clients, teams, and stakeholders. We’ve seen the rise of remote work transform how many of us operate, but there’s still an undeniable need for travel. With more and more of us opting for premium travel, work trips are becoming a lot more comfortable and productive. Major airlines like Delta and United are really stepping up their game, offering a variety of options to suit every traveler's needs. It's great to see that the industry is recognizing the value of a good travel experience and responding to our desires for a more enjoyable journey. For us consultants, this trend highlights an important opportunity to travel in a way that supports both our well-being and work efficiency. Whether it’s for client meetings or team workshops, the ability to travel comfortably is not just a luxury but an investment in the quality of the work we deliver. Have you found that a more comfortable travel experience has made a difference in how you approach work trips? #BusinessTravel #PremiumTravel #WorkLifeBalance #FutureOfWork #ConsultantLife #TravelTips #TravelHacks

“Part of the journey is the end.” - Tony Stark The last event of our Mondays in November series is just around the corner, and you won't want to miss it! If you're in the business of writing or presenting proposals, this is your final chance to learn how to avoid the 3 most costly mistakes that can cost you the deal. We’ll walk you through: 1️⃣Shifting focus from tasks to the benefits and value you bring to the table. 2️⃣Countering competition without ever mentioning them by name (strategic, right?). 3️⃣Demonstrating how you meet or exceed the prospect’s selection criteria throughout the proposal process. This is the perfect opportunity to end your month strong and apply these strategies to your proposals moving forward. Let’s close out this Monday on a high note - use the link in the comment section below to join us tonight at 8 PM EST! We look forward to seeing you there 👋 #ProposalWriting #BusinessWriting #PresentationTips #SalesTips #MarketingTips #ProfessionalDevelopment #Webinar #Consulting #Marvel

A bad day is only a bad day if you allow it to be. It’s important to remember that a single rough day doesn’t define our entire journey. Key Reminder: In consulting, success isn't just about ticking boxes or securing the next contract. Take a step back and zoom out to reflect on how far you've come - the skills you've developed, the relationships you've built, the challenges you've overcome. Every client meeting, every project completion, every tough decision adds up to something meaningful. If we only focus on what's next or get discouraged by setbacks, we miss the bigger picture of our own growth. We understand and have learned the importance of such a strong mindset. Our mistakes and experiences have shaped us into the confident consultants we are today! But we don’t want to be the only ones benefiting from this growth, we’d love to share it with you as well. Come learn from our mistakes and save yourself from the learning pains we went through. You can join us this Monday at 6:00 PM EST using the link in the comment section below! Have a great weekend everyone, may we meet again on Monday 😊 #Consulting #ProfessionalDevelopment #Mindfulness #Motivation #WorkLifeBalance #CareerAdvice #Webinar
