    What’s your big Q4 incentive? I hope you have a Black Friday sale. It doesn’t matter if you’re B2B. We’re psychologically predisposed to purchase if there’s a deal, especially this time of year. It’s not too late. Get a campaign together and get something out in the next week. It could be as simple as an email or a message to your sales team to push. Book some orders to close out this year or start strong in Q1. And if you don’t offer deals or discounts because you’re the Ferrari of whatever you do, why are you reading this? Break’s over. Get back to work because you clearly have more business than you know what to do with.
